PD History Within an Order

The following instructions are to view and pull forward PD History within an order.

Instructions

1. Access an Order > Rx & Lens Information.
2. Within the Lens Measurements section, click 'View History.' See Example
3. In the Select PD modal, click a line item for the PD to pull into the order.
   • PDs are listed in Date order by Source (e.g., Rx, Order, Test).
   • Filter the Source list by clicking the appropriate button. See Example
   • Data provided is monocular, binocular, or both; it solely depends on what data was originally entered.
   • If Rx data was previously available when the order was created and you decide to pull forward data from history, any information that was populated from the Rx within the Lens Measurements section will be cleared and only the data from history will populate.
