The following instructions are to reset a patient's password for RevolutionPHR in the Demographics component of the patient's file.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Demographics > Login Information.
- Click 'Reset Password.'
- Click 'Save.' Note: The password reset is for a temporary password. When the patient logs into RevolutionPHR, they are informed their password is expired, and they must create a new password. See Example
