How do I find the patient that ordered a frame that has arrived without the name attached to the frame? 

Instructions

1. Access Reports > Accounting > Sales.
2. In the Report Type field, Products by Category.
3. For the Report Output field, click Detailed.
4. In the Date Range field, select Custom.
5. In the Report Date fields, input the appropriate dates.
6. Click 'Search.'
7. In the results grid, click the line item for your location.
8. In the results grid, click the line item for Eyeglass Frames.
9. In the results grid, click the line item for Manufacturer.
10. In the results grid, click the line item for Model.
11. The results grid displays the patients that purchased the frame within the required date range.
