PFSH (Past Family Social History) Screen - Add to Existing Encounter Step

The following instructions are to add PFSH (Past Family Social History) to an existing encounter step. 

Instructions

1. Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Step Library.
2. Select the encounter step to add the screen.
3. In the Screen Category field, select History from the dropdown menu.
4. In the line item for PFSH, click the + icon. Note: This action moves PFSH from the Available Screens column to the Current Screens column.
5. Click 'Save.'
6. Log out and log in to see the changes associated to this setting.

Additional Information

• The PFSH screen must be enabled for use. Access PFSH (Past Family Social History) - Enable.
