Employees can receive notifications when a practice's patient registers, updates, and schedules an appointment, and when a new patient schedules an appointment in RevolutionPHR.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open a location > PHR settings.
- Under the section PHR Notifications, within each subsection (i.e., New Patient Registered, New Patient Scheduled, Existing Patient Updated, Existing Patient Scheduled), either use the dropdown menu to select a User Role, or click the checkbox beside the specific employee(s) to be notified.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
