Employees can receive notifications when a practice patient registers, updates, schedules an appointment, and when a new patient schedules an appointment in RevolutionPHR.
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open a location > PHR settings.
- Click 'Edit.'
- Under the section PHR Notifications, select the hyperlink beside the appropriate notification (e.g. Registration Notification, Patient Update Notification, Patient Schedule Notification, Registration Schedule Notification).
- Click the box beside each employee that needs to receive a notification.
- Click 'Submit.'
- Click 'Update.'
