The following instructions are to enable the Rx and doctor's electronic signature for RevolutionPHR.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > PHR.
- Select 'Yes' for "Include patient eyeglass Rx in PHR, and, Include patient contact lens Rx in PHR." Note: You can select 'Yes' to allow patients to update their demographics information.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
