If you are experiencing trouble accessing or interacting with RevolutionEHR, here are a few troubleshooting tips to help you resolve issues to ensure the best RevolutionEHR experience possible.
Step 1: Update your Browser
In order to ensure the best user experience possible with RevolutionEHR, we recommend using the latest version of a supported browser. Not only will you have a better user experience with the latest version of a browser, you should be aware that running older or unsupported browser versions may pose security risks and cause performance degradation.

Step 2: Check Your Internet Connection
Since RevolutionEHR is entirely web based, your internet connection is key to operating RevolutionEHR. We recommend that you check your internet speed. SpeedTest.net is a free service that tests any internet connection for download and upload performance.
For best results with RevolutionEHR, we recommend download speeds of 4Mb/s or greater (click here to review our system requirements). If your download speed is less than what you expect, please contact your internet service provider to determine why your internet connection is slower than normal.
Step 3: Check Your Version of Flash Player
If you are having trouble getting to the login screen, you may have a problem with the version of Flash player you have on your machine. Access Adobe to ensure you have the latest version.
For Google Chrome users: To ensure you have the most current version of Adobe Flash you will need to go to chrome://components/ , find Adobe Flash Player and click “Check for Updates.”
Step 4: Check your URL
It is important that you use https://revolutionehr.com/pms/ to access RevolutionEHR. RevolutionEHR must be accessed via HTTPS to maintain data security.
Step 5: Check the RevolutionEHR Application Status Dashboard
We recommend that you check if there are any known issues currently affecting the RevolutionEHR application. There you will get a quick indication if there are any known problems, what they are, and when the issues will be resolved.
If the Application Status Dashboard is filled with green status indicators, all is well with RevolutionEHR, the next step is to check your internet connection.
