We do not recommend saving RevolutionEHR login credentials to your browser. Saving passwords is not considered secure and can also lead to issues accessing your account. Users are locked out of their account after five failed attempts.
The following information is login errors and their explanations.
- Invalid username and/or password. An invalid username and/or password displays when the login information does not match what is on file. It could be as simple as an extra space or capitalization error. If you attempt to login and continue to receive an error, the system will lock you out. Contact your office's admin for a password reset.
- Employee not allowed to login at this time of day. Each employee is setup with specific hours they can access RevolutionEHR. If are you attempting to login outside of the hours that have been setup for you, contact your office's admin to change the hours you are allowed to access the system.
- Another Active User, please clear the session. If you have an active session opened on another computer, or you did not logout using the system's logout button, the system will not allow you to have two active sessions open. Locate the previously opened session and logout.
- ResizeObserver loop limit exceeded. Our engineering team has linked this error to the browser extension, Last Pass. Removal of this extension has been found to resolve this issue. Last Pass is not HIPAA compliant, thus, we recommend that it not be used on any computer that needs to be HIPAA compliant.
