This article explains how to allow or restrict patients from editing their demographic information through the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences.
- Select Additional Preferences.
- Select PHR.
- Set ‘Allow patients to edit demographics’ to the desired option.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Log out and log back in to apply the changes.
