RevolutionPHR allows patients to securely message their provider through the Patient Portal in compliance with ONC guidelines. A custom message banner can be configured to display to patients before a message is sent.
Instructions
- Access the Admin module from the navigation bar.
- Select Employees/Roles > Employees.
- Open the appropriate employee record.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- Select Patient Portal from the left navigation.
- Enable the ‘Display Message to Patient’ setting.
- Enter the custom message in the ‘Message to Patient’ field.
- Select ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
