Messaging Providers Through the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal

RevolutionPHR allows patients to securely message their provider through the Patient Portal in compliance with ONC guidelines. A custom message banner can be configured to display to patients before a message is sent.

Instructions

1. Access the Admin module from the navigation bar.
2. Select Employees/Roles > Employees.
3. Open the appropriate employee record.
4. Select the Preferences tab.
5. Select Patient Portal from the left navigation.
6. Enable the ‘Display Message to Patient’ setting.
7. Enter the custom message in the ‘Message to Patient’ field.
8. Select ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
