This article explains the settings that control whether eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions display in the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal.
Instructions

- Set ‘Include patient eyeglass Rx in PHR’ to ‘Yes’.
- Set ‘Include patient contact lens Rx in PHR’ to ‘Yes’.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Access Admin > Employees/Roles > Employees and open the provider record.
- Verify an electronic signature file is uploaded in Provider Details.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- In the Encounters section, enable ‘Always use my signature image on Rx printouts’.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Log out and log back in to apply the changes.
Patient File
- Access Patients and open the patient record.
- Select Rx and open the Eyeglass or Contact Lens tab.
- Verify the PHR column displays ‘Yes’ for the prescription.

Prescriptions created prior to enabling PHR settings must be updated manually. If ‘Enable PHR’ is not available, the patient does not have Patient Portal access enabled. Prescriptions from external providers, as well as pending and expired prescriptions, cannot be enabled for display in RevolutionPHR.
