This article explains how to configure Patient Portal settings for a practice location in RevolutionPHR.
Instructions
- Access the Admin module from the navigation bar.
- Select General > Locations and open the appropriate location.
- Select the PHR Settings tab.
- In PHR Location Link, enter a unique Patient Portal URL for the practice and select ‘Check URL’ to verify availability.
- From the left navigation, select PHR Patient Scheduling and enable ‘Existing patients can schedule appointments through the PHR’ as needed.
- Select PHR Patient Ordering and configure ‘Default shift to’ and ‘PHR shipping fee’ if applicable.
- Select PHR Primary Color and configure ‘Button background color’ and ‘Button text color’ using the Preview for reference.
- In the PHR Logo section, upload a logo file in .jpg, .gif, or .png format.
- Scroll to the PHR Notifications section and assign employees for the following notification types as needed:
- Existing Patient Updated
- Existing Patient Scheduled
- PHR Orders
- Patient Message Recipients
- Select ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
- Log out and log back in to view the updated settings.
