Instructions
- Verify the patient account has an outstanding balance.
- Confirm the account balance is greater than zero.
- Verify RevPayments is enabled for the practice location.
- Access the Patient Portal to confirm the Online Payments option is displayed.
The Online Payments option appears in the Patient Portal only when the patient has a balance due and Rev Payments is enabled for the practice location.
