This article explains how patients and authorized caregivers access the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal using an email address and one-time passcode.
Instructions
- Navigate to the practice Patient Portal login page.
- Select ‘Login’.
- Enter the email address on file for the patient.
- Retrieve the six-digit one-time passcode sent to the email address.
- Enter the one-time passcode to complete login.
Patients who previously logged in using a username and password and do not yet have an email address on file may log in one time using their existing credentials. After this initial login, an email address must be added and will be required for all future access using a one-time passcode.
Each patient must have a unique email address. Shared or family email addresses cannot be used for multiple patient accounts.
Authorized caregivers, parents, or guarantors can access multiple linked patient accounts using the Authorized Patients feature once patient relationships are configured in RevolutionEHR. After logging in, select the username in the top-right corner of the Patient Portal and choose a patient from the Authorized Patients list to switch between linked accounts without logging in again.
