This article explains how to make an encounter interview available for patients to complete in the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Templates.
- Open the encounter template to be made available in the Patient Portal.
- Enter the desired display name in the ‘PHR Name’ field.
- Select the appropriate option in the ‘Interview Template’ field.
- Enable ‘PHR Schedulable’.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Log out and log back in to apply the changes.
