This article explains how to enable patient access to eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions in the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal, including the provider electronic signature.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences.
- Select Additional Preferences.
- Select PHR.
- Set ‘Include patient eyeglass Rx in PHR’ to ‘Yes’.
- Set ‘Include patient contact lens Rx in PHR’ to ‘Yes’.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Log out and log back in to apply the changes.
