The following instructions are to remove a patient's access to RevolutionPHR.
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Demographics > Login Information.
- Uncheck the box for Allow Login.
- Click 'Save.' Note:
- Within the patient's file header, once a patient has been provided access to RevolutionPHR, "Yes" will always display beside PHR, even after their access has been removed. See Example
- If the patient attempts to login to RevolutionPHR after their access has been removed, a message displays indicating their account is locked and to contact the office. See Example
