Instructions
To connect these devices to a PC you might need to purchase a USB-to-Serial port adapter cable. We recommend the following: Dynex DX-UBD89 (Best Buy or Amazon), IO Gear GUC232A (Amazon), Ativa 828-545 (Office Depot), Startech 4 Port RS-232 serial to USB Adapter, model #CUSB2324 (Amazon). Plug the USB side of the adapter cable into your PC and then plug the manufacturer's cable into the serial port end of the adapter.
Device Settings
Verify and/or change the device settings to the following:

Capture Device Data
- Open RevIntegrator.
- Access RevolutionEHR > Patients > search for and open a patient > start an Encounter.
- Access RevIntegrator and click 'Refresh.' Note: The Refresh button is located by the Patients' list and the Patient/Encounter should be listed.
- Select the Patient.
- Select the device from the Devices' list.
- Click 'Capture Data.'
- Data is captured and the Preview Data screen displays. Review the data.
- Access the patient's encounter within RevolutionEHR.
- Click 'Refresh.'
- The device data is displayed within the encounter.
