Contact your device account representative to receive help with the installation and configuration specific to the m'eyeFit device, or access the company website.
Connect
Follow the device manufacture's instructions for unpacking, cabling, and powering up the instrument.
- Create a network folder on the server or PC in the desired location.
- Right click on the folder created in step #1, and select 'Properties.'
- Click the 'Sharing' tab.
- Click 'Share.'
- Select the users or Homegroup to share this folder. To export files from m'eyeFit, enable Read/Write access permission.
- Click 'OK.'
Configure
m'eyeFit
- Verify the software version is 2.5 or higher. If an earlier version is running, contact Essilor for assistance in upgrading.
- From the Settings menu, under Import/Export, select 'PMS Out' as the ordering system provider.
- To export measurements, choose one of the following options:
- Method #1
- Enter the m'eyeFit ID and password.
- Select the shared folder.
- Open RevolutionEHR.
- Upload the OMA files.

- Select the network folder.
- Open RevolutionEHR.
- Upload the OMA files.
- Method #1
RevolutionEHR
- Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > Integrations.
- Click 'Yes' to 'Enable Visioffice / m'eyeFit Integration.'
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting. The integration for m'eyeFit is complete.
Capture Device Measurements
m'eyeFit
- Capture measurements on the m'eyeFit device.
- Click 'Save & Export.'
RevolutionEHR
- In RevolutionEHR, from an Eyeglass order, select Device Measurements.
- Click the upload icon.
- In the File Upload modal, click 'Choose file' select the OMA file.
- Search and select desired measurement from the shared folder.
- Click 'Open.'
- Click 'Upload' in RevolutionEHR to display measurements.
- Select Rx & Lens to view Monocular PD's, Seg. Heights, Optical Center, Vertex, Panto, and Wrap measurements.
- Continue with normal procedures to complete the optical order.
